Product Information

IronBox Audio sells custom-built toolbox speaker products. Product photos, descriptions, specifications, colors, lighting, components, and features are provided as accurately as possible. However, because our products are custom-built and made-to-order, small cosmetic differences may occur between product photos and the final product.

These differences may include minor variations in finish, lighting appearance, speaker placement, hardware placement, wiring layout, branding placement, controls, or other build details. Small cosmetic variations are not considered defects as long as the product functions as intended.

Custom-Built Products

All IronBox Audio products are custom-built and made-to-order. Build times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, parts availability, customization, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Because products are custom-built, cancellations are only allowed before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

No Waterproof or Water-Resistant Claim

IronBox Audio products are not waterproof and are not water-resistant unless specifically stated in writing on the product page.

Products should be kept away from water, moisture, rain, spills, wet surfaces, bathrooms, pools, boats, sprinklers, and other wet environments. Water or moisture damage is not covered under warranty and may make the product unsafe to use.

Lithium Battery Notice

Some IronBox Audio products contain lithium batteries. Lithium batteries must be handled, charged, stored, and used carefully.

Do not expose the product to extreme heat, fire, water, moisture, impact, crushing, puncture, or physical damage. Do not use the product if it becomes unusually hot, smells unusual, appears swollen, leaks, or behaves abnormally.

Customers are responsible for safe charging, storage, handling, and use of products containing lithium batteries.

Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for using IronBox Audio products safely and properly. Products should only be used for their intended purpose as portable speaker/audio products.

IronBox Audio is not responsible for damage, injury, electrical issues, overheating, fire, product failure, or other problems caused by misuse, improper handling, water exposure, drops, impact damage, modifications, improper charging, unsafe storage, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow reasonable safety practices.

Third-Party Brands

IronBox Audio may use third-party brand names only to describe components used in our products, such as speakers, batteries, or other parts.

IronBox Audio is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to any third-party brand unless clearly stated in writing.

Warranty, Returns, and Refunds

Warranty, return, and refund rights are governed by our posted Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

IronBox Audio offers a 30-day limited warranty for qualifying defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, drop damage, modifications, improper charging, customer-caused damage, normal cosmetic wear, or minor cosmetic variations from the custom-build process.

Approved returns are subject to our posted return policy, including the 30-day return window and 10% restocking fee.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronBox Audio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use, misuse, purchase, or inability to use our products.

IronBox Audio’s total liability for any claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific product.

Nothing in this Legal Notice is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
