We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to send the item back. Returns requested or shipped after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received. The item must not be damaged, abused, heavily used, modified, or missing parts.

Items must be returned with all included accessories, parts, and packaging when possible.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
