Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Build Time
IronBox Audio products are custom-built and made-to-order. Because every order is built individually, please allow approximately 1–4 weeks for your order to be built before it ships.
Build times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, parts availability, customization, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once your order is finished and ready to ship, you will receive tracking information by email.
Shipping Times
Shipping time begins after your order has been built and handed off to the shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, carrier delays, lithium battery shipping requirements, and other factors outside of our control.
IronBox Audio is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once the package has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs may vary depending on the product, package size, package weight, destination, and available carrier services.
Because some IronBox Audio products contain lithium batteries, shipping options may be limited.
Lithium Battery Shipping
Some IronBox Audio products contain lithium batteries. Because of this, certain shipping methods, carriers, locations, or delivery options may not be available.
Orders containing lithium batteries may need to ship using approved carrier services and packaging methods. Shipping times may be affected by lithium battery shipping rules and carrier restrictions.
IronBox Audio reserves the right to choose or change the shipping method when necessary to comply with carrier rules, lithium battery shipping requirements, or safety regulations.
Shipping Locations
We ship to the locations available at checkout. If your address is not accepted during checkout, we may not currently be able to ship to your location.
Some locations may not be eligible due to lithium battery restrictions, carrier limitations, high shipping risk, or service availability.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
IronBox Audio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because the customer entered the wrong address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, contact us immediately at ironboxaudios1@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once the order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is shipped and tracking is provided, the package is in the carrier’s possession.
IronBox Audio is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, misdelivered, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We will do our best to help provide tracking information, but we cannot guarantee carrier outcomes.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at ironboxaudios1@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damaged packaging, and photos of the product.
Damage claims must be reviewed before any solution is offered. Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
Damage caused after delivery, including drops, misuse, water exposure, improper charging, modifications, or customer-caused damage, is not covered.
Delivery Confirmation
If tracking shows that an order was delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order will be considered delivered.
Customers are responsible for making sure their delivery location is safe and secure. IronBox Audio is not responsible for theft or missing packages after carrier-confirmed delivery.
Returns and Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by IronBox Audio.
Returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery and must follow our Return & Refund Policy. Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our mistake.
Order Cancellations
Because IronBox Audio products are custom-built and made-to-order, cancellations are only allowed before production begins.
Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because parts, labor, and build time have already been committed to that custom order.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at ironboxaudios1@gmail.com with your order number.
