Overview

This website is operated by IronBox Audio. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to IronBox Audio. By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or purchasing from us. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or place an order.

Products

IronBox Audio sells custom-built toolbox speaker products and related items. Our products are made-to-order and custom-built, meaning each product may have small differences from photos, examples, or previous builds.

Product photos, descriptions, colors, lighting, speaker placement, hardware, controls, finishes, and other details are shown as accurately as possible. However, because every order is custom-built, small cosmetic variations may occur and are not considered defects as long as the product functions as intended.

Third-party brand names, such as speaker or component brands, may be used only to describe components used in our products. IronBox Audio is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party brand unless clearly stated.

Made-to-Order Build Time

All IronBox Audio products are custom-built. Please allow approximately 1–4 weeks for your order to be built before it ships.

Build times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, parts availability, customization, or other delays outside of our control. By placing an order, you understand and agree that your product is made-to-order and may not ship immediately.

Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for using IronBox Audio products safely and properly. Our products should only be used for their intended purpose as portable speaker/audio products.

You agree not to misuse, abuse, drop, modify, disassemble, repair, expose to unsafe conditions, overcharge, improperly store, or operate the product in a way that could cause damage, electrical issues, overheating, fire, injury, or other problems.

IronBox Audio is not responsible for damage, injury, product failure, or other issues caused by misuse, improper handling, modification, abuse, improper charging, improper storage, impact damage, water exposure, heat exposure, or failure to follow reasonable safety practices.

Lithium Battery Safety

Some IronBox Audio products contain lithium batteries. Lithium batteries must be handled, charged, stored, and used carefully.

Do not expose the product to extreme heat, fire, water, moisture, direct sunlight for extended periods, crushing, impact, puncture, or physical damage. Do not use the product if the battery area appears swollen, leaking, unusually hot, damaged, or if the product smells unusual or behaves abnormally.

Only use the recommended charging method and do not leave the product charging unattended for extended periods. Customers are responsible for proper battery care, charging, storage, and safe use.

IronBox Audio is not responsible for damage, injury, fire, electrical issues, or product failure caused by improper battery use, improper charging, customer modifications, misuse, water exposure, impact damage, or unsafe handling.

Not Waterproof or Water-Resistant

IronBox Audio products are not waterproof and are not water-resistant unless specifically stated in writing on the product page.

Do not expose the product to rain, water, moisture, spills, wet surfaces, pools, boats, bathrooms, sprinklers, or other wet environments. Water or moisture damage is not covered under warranty and may make the product unsafe to use.

Orders

By placing an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. This includes your name, shipping address, billing information, contact information, and payment details.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability issues, shipping issues, chargeback risk, errors in product information, or other issues.

Pricing and Availability

Prices, product options, parts, colors, features, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product description errors, shipping errors, or availability errors at any time. If an order is placed with incorrect pricing or incorrect product information, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Payment

Payment must be completed before an order is processed or built. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The estimated 1–4 week build time does not always include shipping carrier transit time.

IronBox Audio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, theft after delivery, lost packages, damaged packages, holidays, customs, natural disasters, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Because our products may contain lithium batteries, shipping options may be limited and may be subject to carrier restrictions.

Returns and Refunds

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to send an item back for return. Returns requested or shipped after 30 days will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received. The item must not be damaged, abused, heavily used, modified, altered, exposed to water, missing parts, or returned in unsafe condition.

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by IronBox Audio.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our mistake.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify the customer whether the return is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs.

30-Day Limited Warranty

IronBox Audio offers a 30-day limited warranty starting from the delivery date.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship or product function under normal use. If a product has a covered issue within 30 days of delivery, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos.

If we determine that the issue is covered under warranty, we may choose to repair the product, replace the product, replace the affected part, or offer another reasonable solution.

This warranty does not cover:

• Water or moisture damage
• Drop damage or impact damage
• Misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Improper charging or improper battery care
• Heat damage
• Customer modifications or attempted repairs
• Cosmetic wear from normal use
• Minor cosmetic variations from being custom-built
• Damage caused by using the product outside of its intended purpose
• Damage caused after delivery by improper handling, storage, or use

Warranty claims made after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted unless required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at ironboxaudios1@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Damage caused after delivery, including drops, misuse, water exposure, improper charging, modifications, or customer-caused damage, is not covered.

Custom-Built Product Variations

Because IronBox Audio products are custom-built, small details may vary slightly from product to product. These variations may include small differences in fitment, lighting appearance, finish, speaker placement, hardware placement, wiring layout, or other cosmetic details.

Small cosmetic differences are not considered defects as long as the product functions as intended.

Warranty Disclaimer

Except for the 30-day limited warranty stated above, and except where required by law, IronBox Audio products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronBox Audio disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronBox Audio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, loss of business, damage to other property, personal inconvenience, injury caused by misuse, or other losses related to the use or inability to use our products.

IronBox Audio’s total liability for any claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific product.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from IronBox Audio, the customer agrees to inspect the product upon delivery and use the product responsibly.

The customer is responsible for safe handling, proper charging, proper storage, proper use, and keeping the product away from water, moisture, heat, unsafe conditions, children, pets, and improper use.

The customer agrees not to hold IronBox Audio responsible for issues caused by misuse, abuse, improper use, modifications, accidents, neglect, unsafe charging, water exposure, heat exposure, or failure to follow reasonable care and safety practices.

Intellectual Property

All website content, product photos, logos, branding, text, graphics, product descriptions, and designs are owned by or licensed to IronBox Audio unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our content without written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose. You also agree not to interfere with the security, operation, or functionality of our website.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
