Each IronBox Audio product is custom-built and made-to-order. Please allow approximately **1–4 weeks** for your order to be built before shipping.
IronBox Audio products are **not waterproof or water-resistant**. Keep away from water, moisture, rain, spills, and wet environments.
Some products contain lithium batteries. Customers are responsible for safe charging, storage, and use.
Returns must be sent back within **30 days of delivery**. Approved returns are subject to a **10% restocking fee**. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake.
IronBox Audio includes a **30-day limited warranty** covering qualifying defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, drop damage, modifications, improper charging, or customer-caused damage.
